FAQ about Corporate Reward

1. What is Corporate Reward?
Corporate Reward is Norwegian’s premium program for businesses seeking to reduce costs, and which are rewarded with CashPoints for flights with Norwegian.

Corporate Reward is an electronic business agreement whereby companies accumulate CashPoints on all their flights. Moreover, employees can accumulate their own CashPoints on their business trips if the company permits this.

2 How can our company become a Corporate Reward customer?
Answer: Visit www.norwegian.com.

3. Which companies can become Corporate Reward customers?
All companies registered with corporate IDs can be Corporate Reward customers.

4. Are there minimum turnover requirements for receiving Norwegian CashPoints?
No, there is no minimum turnover requirement.

5. How many CashPoints may the company accumulate?
3% CashPoints (of the air fare excluding taxes, charges, duties etc) on Economy tickets, and
7% CashPoints (of the air fare excluding taxes, charges, duties etc) on Fullflex tickets. The more the company travels, the higher the percentage.

6. Does the company receive CashPoints for all trips?

7. When and where can the corporate agreement officer access the company’s CashPoint balance?
You will find the balance by logging into www.norwegian.com/bedrift with your corporate username and password. CashPoints are updated when tickets are charged.

8. Can everyone in the company make use of accumulated CashPoints?
No. Only staff registered as flight bookers/agreement officers for the agreement.

9. Can I choose the number of CashPoints I wish to use when paying for a flight?
No, you may either pay for the whole cost of the flight with your CashPoints (provided you have enough) or use the balance you have (as part payment), or not use your CashPoints at all.

10. I have confirmed my enrolment as a customer in Corporate Reward but I have received no agreement code.
Please get in touch with our customer centre and we will check that your enrolment has been registered in our system.

11. When can I start accumulating CashPoints?
You start to accumulate them as soon as you have received the corporate agreement code and specified this in the order.

12. My company has a Corporate Reward agreement with Norwegian, but I cannot remember the agreement code. Where can I find it?
Get in touch with the agreement officer in your company or call our customer centre to obtain the name of the contact person in your company.

13. What happens if the agreement officer leaves the company?
The company is itself responsible for transmitting the necessary information to a new employee to ensure optimum operation of the agreement for the company.

14. Our company wishes its employees to be able to accumulate personal CashPoints (My Reward) on business trips while the company accumulates Corporate CashPoints. How can we do this?
If you wish the employees to have their own CashPoints for corporate travel, the agreement officer must tick the appropriate box when registering Corporate Reward. If you are already registered with Corporate Reward, get in touch with bedrift@norwegian.no and we will assist you.

15. Our company already has corporate agreements for certain routes. Can Corporate Reward be used on the other routes?
No. You must either choose to use the existing corporate agreement or terminate it and draw up a new Corporate Reward agreement.

16. How long is the Corporate Reward agreement valid for?
The agreement is valid for 12 months, i.e. upon registration the company starts on the lowest percentages (3% and 7%), and progresses to a higher level or levels depending on how much the company flies for. Turnover is zeroed after 12 months and the percentages return to 3% and 7% respectively again.
