Terms and conditions for My Reward

You can accumulate CashPoints on all flights except on domestic flights in Norway.

CashPoints are calculated based on the net price of the air fare. In other words, you cannot accumulate CashPoints for VAT, taxes and charges or duties.

You must set up a user profile with Norwegian in order to start accumulating CashPoints.

CashPoints are the valid for the year you start earning them + 2 years, i.e. three years maximum.

CashPoints can be used to purchase new tickets both domestic and international, to reserve seats, for special baggage and for ticket changes.

CashPoints are personal. Regardless or whether you order for several persons from your profile, you can only earn CashPoints on the ticket in your name. If the persons for whom you make reservations have Reward IDs, you can register them so they can earn CashPoints on their journeys.

CashPoints cannot be registered in arrears.

When it comes to full or part payments with CashPoints, you may either pay for the whole cost of the flight with your CashPoints (provided you have enough) or use the balance you have (as part payment), or not use your CashPoints at all.

CashPoints cannot be paid out in cash. They can be used for paying for new flights, seat reservations or baggage.

You cannot use CashPoints as full or part payment for new tickets if you purchase these through a travel agency. On the other hand, you can accumulate CashPoints on tickets as long as you give your Reward ID to the travel agency when making your reservations.

Children between the ages of two and 11 cannot accumulate CashPoints. But everyone from the age of 12 upwards can become members of My Reward and accumulate CashPoints by registering their profiles with Norwegian.
