Baggage

All checked-in baggage must be clearly marked with name and phone number.

You are permitted to take two pieces of luggage per person per segment with a maximum weight of 20 kilos per piece. If the total weight of your luggage exceeds 40 kilos, or any of the pieces weigh more that 20 kilos, then the extra weight will be charged as excess luggage.If you have more than 2 items, these items will be charged as excess baggage, regardless of weight.

Excess Baggage Fee:
Domestic: NOK 65 per kilo
International: NOK 60 per kilo
Sweden: SEK 70 per kilo

There are no refund for prepaid baggage.

If you have made a reservation and then decide that you want to take more luggage, you will need to pay for any additional pieces at the airport. Over the phone +44 2080997254, or here (no later than 25 hours before departure time).

We cannot accept individual baggage units weighing more than 32kg. We permit a total baggage allowance of 60kg. Children under the age of two are allowed to check in up to 5 kilos of luggage free of charge. A car seat and a pram will also be accepted free of charge. Children under the age of two who have not purchased their own seat do not have a hand baggage allowance and are only allowed to take onboard food and drink for the journey. Children for whom a seat has been purchased are able to take with them the baggage allowance they purchased. A car seat and a pram will also be accepted free of charge.

Onlining
If you have purchased Norwegian`s through travel product, you will be charged a fee of NOK 40 for flights within Norway and NOK 40 for international flights. All fees are per person per segment. When you fly into Norway from abroad, you will need to collect your baggage and clear customs before checking in again. Norwegian`s online product is only available to certain destinations and can only be purchased at the time of booking.

Through travel baggage/flights cannot be rebooked.
