You may change the destination and date of travel. Each change costs NOK 250 per person per leg of a journey. A change of name costs NOK 250, per person per leg of your journey. Any price difference between the original ticket price and the new ticket must also be paid. Refunds are not provided even if you change your flight to a lower price category.
It is not possible to change booked international flights to domestic flights or vice-versa. Purchases cannot be made between VAT and Non-VAT zones. Changes made by telephone or at the airport incur an additional fee of NOK 80/SEK 95/EUR 10 per person per leg, in addition to the change fee. Full Flex tickets can be changed without additional fees.
To change your ticket:
- Change your ticket by logging into the profile created when making your booking. Click here and log on.
- If you booked a ticket without a profile, you can retrieve your booking by following this link. Fill in the information under “Submit travel details” and a one-time SMS code will be sent to your mobile which will give you access to make the change.
- Changes can be made during opening hours by calling our contact centre on: 815 21 815 – select no.2 or +47 2149 0015 (calling from outside Norway).
- It is not possible to change your ticket by e-mail.
The contact centre has the following opening hours
Monday-Friday 06:00 - 22:00
Saturday 08:30 - 19:30 and Sunday 08:30 - 22:00
Opening times can vary on public holidays.
You can also change your ticket yourself by logging on to the profile you used for your original booking.
All changes must take place within 30 minutes before the original departure time, and your credit card details must be given every time you make a change.
It is not possible to change a prior booking made at adult rates to a booking at discount children's rates or vice-versa.
It is not possible to change a direct flight to a stop-over flight.
It is not possible to change a name for just one leg of a journey in bookings which consist of more than one flight.
Changing a direct journey into a through journey is not possible.
Changing names on only one leg of a journey is not possible in the case of bookings involving a number of flight segments.
